Processing Time

Orders are confirmed by the manufacturer within 2 business days from the date orders are placed. 

All items are made to order! We take pride in the quality of our gear. Because of this, please note our production timeline below:

Standard production is within 30-35 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

Rush order production is within 10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may increase.

Shipping Time Estimates

Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days after production
International: 7–21 business days after production

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund. If you provided incorrect shipping information, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at fromashesfightwear@gmail.com

Lost or Stolen Packages

From Ashes Fightwear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
